The Procedure for Submitting Applications to the Immigration Bureau

  • 1Please briefly send outlines about your application case by e-mail.
  • 2We will ask about the related documents to you by e-mail.
  • 3We will arrange an office meeting.
  • 4If we have any doubts about your case being successful, we may reject your application.

  • 5We will keep your information confidential.
  • 6If you request our assistance, we will make a contract with you.
    The fee of the first meeting is 5,000yen per hour. There is no fee for just making a contract.
  • 7You need to pay half of the estimated fee and taxes in advance.
  • 8We will ask you some questions which are relevant to your application and prepare filing documents.

  • 9We will ask for your confirmation about your documents.
  • 10We will file your application documents to the Immigration Bureau.
  • 11The Immigration Bureau will check those documents in accordance with the Immigration Laws and Regulations.
  • 12If they accept the legal application, they will send your application permission paper to us. You are exempted from appearing at the Immigration Bureau.
  • 13After we receive the rest of your payment, we will send you the permission documents.

Our Fees

Our fee includes the cost of making documents, research about your case, meeting fee at the Bureau, travel expenses and actual expenses.
The fee for making documents is 8,000yen per page.
The fee for meeting at the Bureau and the fee for research are 7,000yen per hour.
We also request our travel expenses and actual expenses.
